Origin
Peak Engage started from a simple observation: most service businesses hitting $1M–$3M in revenue are incredibly good at their craft — and completely terrible at building the systems that let them scale past it.
Founders were spending 30-40 hours a week on operations that should have been automated years ago. Lead follow-ups done manually. Client onboarding via email chains. Content posted and forgotten. Ad budgets spent with no attribution.
The problem wasn't a lack of tools. They had too many. CRM here, scheduler there, email platform somewhere else, payment processor on another tab. Nothing connected. Nothing compounding.
We decided to become the team that builds the infrastructure these businesses actually need — not another vendor selling one more disconnected tool, but a unified digital ecosystem where every piece talks to every other piece. Where one lead capture triggers an entire automated journey from stranger to paying client.
Today, we work exclusively with coaches, consultants, and agencies doing $1M–$10M in annual revenue. We don't take clients who aren't ready for systems-level thinking. And we don't build anything we wouldn't bet our own revenue on.
Principles
We don't chase platform hacks or growth tricks. We build permanent infrastructure that compounds. Every system we deploy is designed to work harder over time, not become obsolete in 6 months.
If we can't tie our work back to revenue, we don't ship it. Every automation, campaign, and content system has clear metrics tied to pipeline and cash collected. Vanity metrics get killed on sight.
The goal of every engagement is to make the founder unnecessary in operations. Not dependent on us, not dependent on anyone. True scale means the business runs — and grows — without the bottleneck of any single person.
We'll tell you when your idea won't work. We'll tell you when the budget doesn't justify the build. And we'll tell you when you're the bottleneck. You're paying for truth, not compliance.
Strategy without execution is just expensive conversation. We bias toward shipping fast, measuring real data, and iterating. First automation live within 2 weeks, not 2 months.
We don't work with everyone. If you're pre-revenue, pre-product-market-fit, or unwilling to invest in systems — we're not the right fit. We work with businesses that have the revenue to invest and the ambition to scale.
